The European Association for Digital Transition (AETD in its Spanish abbreviation) has recently participated in the Colombian Forum of the Commission for Communications Regulation (CRC) on the protection of the rights of children and adolescents in digital environments. At this meeting, which took place in Bogotá, the CRC officially presented the National Consensus on Digital Care, a multisector agreement that used the proposal for a State Pact for the protection of minors online, promoted in Spain with enormous success by the AETD, as a reference

National Police recognize work done by Ana Caballero and the EADT

The work done by Ana Caballero, vice president of the European Association for Digital Transition (EADT), in defence of better protection for minors in the digital realm was recognized on Tuesday, October 8th, by the national police.

Caballero, who from her position at the EADT chaired the expert working group brought together by the Ministry of Youth and Children “to develop a safe digital environment” for minors, has been awarded the Police Order of Merit from the national police, in the category of the Cruz Blanca as a person from outside of the Institution.
